A quick update from the field. A clear report for the office.
We’re testing a more human way to coordinate repairs. Contractors tell us what’s happening. We help turn those updates into the paperwork service companies need.
From “here’s the situation” to “here are the details.”
This is the workflow we’re testing. Choose an example to see the handoff.
THE CONTRACTOR’S UPDATE
“At the walk-in. Condenser fan isn’t running. Need a motor. Sending the data plate and photos. Don’t have a part number yet.”
A quick message. Real information. No polished paragraph required.

One point of contact
Keep the work moving. Keep the details together.
01 / BEFORE THE VISIT
Get aligned.
Confirm the job, coverage, scope, contact, and approval limits before anyone commits.
02 / IN THE FIELD
Keep it natural.
Share the diagnosis, progress, parts needed, and photos. We help organize the next steps.
03 / AFTER THE REPAIR
Close the loop.
Bring the service notes, required evidence, and invoice details into a clear handoff.

Thoughtful automation. Real accountability.
A pilot with people at the center.
Led by Rhet, drawing on hands-on restaurant repair experience. We’re exploring where AI can make coordination easier—and where a person needs to stay involved.
01
Small, agreed starting points. Scope, service area, availability, and fees are confirmed together before work is accepted.
02
People review commitments. AI may help organize information and draft paperwork. Rhet reviews job commitments and exceptions.
03
Real work. Real evidence. Required onsite check-ins, approvals, photos, and sign-offs still matter. We help coordinate them.
A few things, up front
Clear from the first conversation.
Is this a repair company or a coordination service?+
This pilot focuses on coordination and administration around commercial kitchen and refrigeration repairs. Participating technicians perform the physical work. We agree who is responsible for the repair, reporting, billing, and payment before accepting a job.
Can I request service in my area?+
Tell us your location and the equipment involved. Coverage and contractor availability are confirmed case by case. This pilot does not promise nationwide coverage, emergency dispatch, or a guaranteed response time.
Will I be speaking with AI?+
You’ll start with Rhet to discuss the pilot. AI may assist with organizing updates and drafting reports under human review. Automated voice or video representatives are not offered on this site. Any future AI communication would be clearly identified.
How do fees and warranty work?+
Fees, who pays them, and payment terms are agreed before work begins. Manufacturer authorization and warranty requirements must be confirmed for each arrangement; participation in this pilot does not establish authorized warranty-provider status.
Let’s start with one conversation
Less friction. Better connection.
Tell Rhet which side of the repair you’re on—and what keeps getting in the way.
We’re looking for contractors, service companies, and warranty teams who want to explore a small, practical pilot.
